Ihre Mission:

  • Steuerung und Führung von ca. 13 eigenen Brax Retail Stores in Süddeutschland und Österreich
  • Coaching der eigenen Mitarbeitenden auf der Fläche
  • Sicherstellung einer einwandfreien Kommunikation und Absprache mit dem HQ in Herford
  • Durchführung aller personalpolitischen Aktivitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung People & Culture
  • Konkurrenzorientierte Marktbeobachtung und Planung von Werbeaktivitäten am POS
  • Tägliche Storebesuche und aktives Einbringen in das operative Tagesgeschäft
  • Durchführung der jährlichen Kosten- und Budgetplanung
  • Betreuung und Erarbeitung verschiedener Projekte

Dann sind Sie unser Supertalent:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Retail (Fashion)
  • Leidenschaft an der Weiterentwicklung der Teams in den Stores
  • Ein hohes analytisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Hands-On Mentalität und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Mode- und Verkaufsaffinität sowie Begeisterung für moderne und digitalgestützte Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft
