Your future challenges:

• You will be the first point of contact for our customers who are under a cyberattack.
• You will be responsible for the initial analysis of the attack. In doing so, you keep a firm eye on the general conditions.
• You will build up the common ground of the relevant contact persons depending on the situation and coordinate their cooperation.
• You guide our customers through periodic service review meetings.
• You are aware of the quality of our service process and that this is the key to long-term customer relationship.
• You maintain our ticket and asset management system and our documentation.

Your Skills:

• You have preferably already 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of computer and network security and are familiar with the common network protocols and techniques.
• You have experience in analyzing log data.
• You have a strong analytical mindset.
• You have a confident appearance in dealing with customers and a high level of comprehension.
• You enjoy direct communication with customers via e-mail and telephone.
• You are communicating directly and to the point, in German and in English.
