Job Description:
A Global Lifecycle Technical Services Leader oversees the Day 1 technical services lifecycle for Lifecycle services portfolio at worldwide level. This involves working proactively with the Go-To-Market, Client Management and Customer Success persona to set strategic direction, drive technical excellence, and managing global consistency to ensure customer day 1 experience and business objectives are met at every stage, from deployment to handover.
Portfolio elements with direct Day 1 accountability includes (not only to) Sanitization Services, Relocation Services, Recertification, Health-check performance Services, packaged consulting solutions and days.
Scope & Core responsibilities
- Strategy and planning: Execute the global technical services portfolio strategy, including deployment methodologies and asset management frameworks. This involves aligning technical services with overall business objectives and technology roadmaps.
- Technical oversight: Oversee the technical delivery of projects throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and efficiency. This also includes acting as a senior technical representative in industry forums and working groups.
- Team leadership: Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a global team of Implementation Project Managers directly and technical consultants / engineers in dotted lines. Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Business engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, portfolio, engineering) to translate business requirements into executable technical roadmaps and solutions.
- Customer success: Ensure customer success and high satisfaction by overseeing the full lifecycle of customer engagements, from implementation and integration to ongoing support.
- Risk and quality management: Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies. Establish and enforce quality assurance standards and compliance with international and local regulations.
- Financial management: Prepare cost budget proposals. Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Innovation: support research and introduce new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance service delivery and maintain a competitive edge.

- Project Management: Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale global projects and workstreams from inception to completion.

- Financial Acumen: Strong skills in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of deployment processes, technical infrastructure, and relevant industry standards.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior stakeholders and build relationships with diverse teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to assess issues, make effective decisions under pressure, and manage complex problems in uncertain environments.
