Your tasks and responsibilities
  • Communication Management: Du unterstützt unser erfahrenes Team bei Beratung und Verkauf von Sprachreisen (Telefon, E-Mail, Chat) sowie bei der Abwicklung von Buchungen 
  • Account Management: Du betreust unsere Partnerschulen und bist dabei die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und den Schulen, um die Wünsche beider Seiten miteinander zu kombinieren. 
  • Booking & Billing Management: Du kontrollierst die Abrechnungen unserer Partnerschulen, erstellst eigenständig Kundenrechnungen und stellst die korrekte Verbuchung sicher. 
  • Content Management: Du erstellst wertvollen Content zu unseren Reisen (Beschreibung, Landingpages, Bebilderung) in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Digital Marketing Management: Du betreust alle relevanten Online-Marketing-Kanäle (SEO, Paid, Social) und analysierst die Kampagnen mit professionellen Tracking- und Analyse-Tools


Your profile
  • Du hast idealerweise einen touristischen oder geisteswissenschaftlichen Hintergrund/Studiengang 
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und verfügst über Cross-Cultural Competence
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und zielorientiert an einer Aufgabe
  • Du bist ein zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner und hältst dich an Absprachen und Termine
  • Du schreibst gern und in fehlerfreiem Deutsch
  • Du suchst ein freiwilliges Praktikum oder ein Pflichtpraktikum 
  • Dauer mindestens 3 Monate, mehr ist möglich (z.B. 4, 5 oder 6 Monate)
  • Bonuspunkt: Du warst schon einmal auf einer Sprachreise – als Kind oder als Betreuer
