About our technology
The semiconductor industry's growing demand for more powerful chips with higher bandwidth and lower power finds its solution in our technology. We connect chips to high-throughput, low-delay computing networks. The key lies in harnessing the physical properties of graphene to combine electronic computing with photonic communication, allowing countless chips to interact almost as if they were one. The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Product Owner & Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who's excited to shape how our teams work every day. In this role, you'll lead internal software projects, act as the Product Owner for our in-house solution, and turn complex business needs into smart, intuitive systems
You'll collaborate across departments, introduce and drive SCRUM practices, and make sure our tools truly support the company's goals — from backlog to rollout and training. You'll manage both internal and external resources to deliver impactful projects and continuously improve our digital landscape

To join our team, you should be excited to
- Lead and manage internal software and capability projects, serving as the Product Owner for our in-house solution
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their system needs and ensure the business systems align with organizational objectives
- Build and maintain the product backlog, prioritize feature requests and enhancements, and oversee the rollout of new functionalities and updates — including training and adoption across teams
- Identify, evaluate, and propose new processes, capabilities, and software solutions to continuously improve the company's digital ecosystem
Your Qualifications
- Self-starter with the flexibility to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced start-up environment
- Highly structured and organized, with solid experience as a SCRUM Product Owner and strong knowledge of standard PMS/BOS systems
- Strong problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluency in English, with additional languages considered an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
