With 3,300 beds spread over approx. 350 rooms, 130 tents, 300 holiday homes and a campsite, Tropical Islands is one of the largest hotel operations in Germany.

Around 500 employees from around 35 nations look after up to 6,500 guests every day and you can become one of us

Das macht man

  • Zuständig für freundliche, professionelle Begrüßung, Beratung, Betreuung und Verabschiedung  

  • nationaler und internationaler Gäste. 

  • Eigenständiges Führen einer Bargeldkasse während der jeweiligen Schicht und korrekte Abrechnung der Einnahmen zu Dienstende, nach geltender Kassenrichtlinie. 

  • Zuständig für den zugeteilten Arbeitsbereich (Kassenschiff ), sowie Eingangsbereich insbesondere unter Berücksichtigung der Sauberkeit, der Funktionalität der technischen Geräte und des vorhandenen Informationsmaterials zu Arbeitsbeginn. 

  • In Absprache mit den anderen Front Office Bereichen ganzheitliche Besorgung von Informations- und Arbeitsmaterialien für die Kassen, Information und Rezeption. 

  • für die Nachbereitung des Tagesgeschäftes und Vorbereitungen für den Folgetag

  • für einen sensibler Umgang mit betriebsinternen Informationen

Das bringst du mit
 

Abschluss:
erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung von Vorteil, Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
 

Voraussetzungen:
Erfahrungen im Bereich Empfang mit Zahlungsverkehr wünschenswert
 

Sprachkenntnisse:
gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
 

EDV – Kenntnisse:
sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Verständnis für Hotelsoftware wünschenswert
 

Persönliche Eigenschaften:
teamfähig, kommunikativ und bereit neues zu lernen
