For our client, one of the world's leading corporations in the energy sector, we are filling the following position:

Strategic Supplier Quality Manager (m/w/d)

YOUR TASKS

  • Development and leadership of strategic programs to strengthen supplier quality and strategic procurement
  • Management of global, cross-functional projects including planning, reporting, and budget and resource management
  • Analysis of risks and opportunities and implementation of sustainable improvement initiatives
  • Establishment and maintenance of a global supplier quality network
  • Promotion of knowledge sharing, training, and best practices
  • Development of standardized methods, processes, and digital solutions across the supply chain

Your Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management, strategic procurement, supply chain, or engineering
  • Proven experience in leading international programs and virtual teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and results presentation
  • Proactive, self-driven working style with a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and intercultural competence
  • Very good command of English; German is an advantage; willingness to travel up to 25%
