Youna ist ein KI-Chatbot, der Menschen niedrigschwellig bei Rassismuserfahrungen unterstützt – sicher, empathisch und mit Fokus auf eine gleichberechtigte Welt. Unser Multi-Agenten-System begleitet Nutzer*innen verlässlich bei rechtlichen Fragen, Aufklärung, mentaler Unterstützung und Orientierung.

Rolle

Als Tech Product Manager*in verantwortest Du die Weiterentwicklung unseres KI-Chatbots und den Ausbau des Multi-Agenten-Systems – inklusive aktiver Mitarbeit in der Entwicklung, insbesondere in Langfuse. Du verbindest Nutzer*innenbedürfnisse mit technischer Exzellenz, priorisierst wirkungsstark und sorgst dafür, dass wir schnell lernen, sicher skalieren und messbar Nutzen stiften. Coding-Anteil: ca. 20–30 % (Hands-on, v. a. Evaluations-Pipelines, Data/Prompt-Konfigurationen)

Aufgaben

Product

  • Produktstrategie & Roadmap: Vision schärfen, Ziele definieren, Prioritäten setzen, Backlog pflegen.
  • Discovery & UX: Research, Hypothesen, JTBD, Prototyping, A/B-Experimente, Validation.
  • KI-Produktentwicklung: Weiterentwicklung von LLM/RAG- und Multi-Agent-Flows (Orchestrierung, Tooling, Guardrails, Evaluation).
  • Compliance & Sicherheit: DSGVO/EU-AI-Act berücksichtigen, Privacy-by-Design, Safety-Policies & Evaluation etablieren.

Tech (Hands-on)

  • Langfuse-Ownership:

    – Datasets, Scores & Evaluations aufsetzen

    – Dashboards & Alerting für Qualität, Safety & Performance
  • Delivery: inkrementelle Verbesserungen
  • Daten & Qualität: Wissens-/Vektor-Stores anreichern, Monitoring & Feedback-Loops, Halluzinations-/Bias-Reduktion.
  • Messbarkeit: Metriken definieren (z. B. Task-Success, Latency, Safety-Trigger) und in Dashboards/Experiment-Analysen nutzbar machen.
Qualifikation

Must-haves

  • 3–5+ Jahre Produktmanagement im Tech-Umfeld (AI/ML-Produkte von Vorteil).
  • Souveräne Priorisierung & Roadmappin
  • Praxis in Discovery (Interviews, JTBD, Problem/Solution-Fit)
  • Solides Verständnis moderner KI-Stacks (LLMs, Prompt Design, RAGs, Multi-Agenten, Vektor-DBs).
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit Langfuse

Nice-to-haves

  • Erfahrung mit Multi-Agent-Orchestrierung.
