YOUR TASKS

Als Sales Specialist (Account Management) (m/w/d) in der
Business Group Lighting verantworten Sie am Standort Böblingen /ggf.
Lippstadt internationale Produktentwicklungsprojekte sowie Neuakquisen mit
dem Kunden Mercedes-Benz.

  • Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zum Kunden und übernehmen die Verantwortung für internationale Entwicklungsprojekte sowie die Akquise von Neuprojekten.
  • Ein
    wesentlicher Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit liegt in der Bearbeitung von
    Kundenanfragen – von der Angebotserstellung über die Verhandlungsführung
    bis hin zur kommerziellen Vereinbarung.
  • Durch die
    erfolgreiche Akquise neuer Projekte und die koordinierte Steuerung damit
    verbundenen Aktivitäten leisten Sie einen aktiven Beitrag zum
    Unternehmenserfolg.
  • Mit der
    Pflege und dem gezielten Ausbau der Kundenbeziehungen stellen Sie ein
    Höchstmaß an Kundenzufriedenheit sicher.
  • Sie
    bringen sich aktiv in die Entwicklung und Umsetzung individueller
    Kundenstrategien ein – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten
    Stakeholdern.
  • Durch
    kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie die Identifikation
    von Potenzialen sichern Sie nachhaltig den Erfolg Ihrer Division.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen,
    Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Vertriebserfahrung im
    Erstausrüstergeschäft der Automobilbranche, idealerweise mit dem Kunden
    Mercedes Benz
    Ausgeprägte technische und kommerzielle Kompetenz sowie Erfahrung im
    Vertrieb technisch anspruchsvoller Produkte
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, hohe
    Eigenmotivation und ausgeprägte Umsetzungskompetenz
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und
    Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office sowie eine gewisse
    Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
