Wir suchen eine/n Working Student Finance

(all genders) - Munich / Berlin

Mit unseren Software-Lösungen für Online-Terminbuchung, Kundenmanagement, E-Mail-Marketing, Warenwirtschaft und Kassensystem sparen Unternehmer/innen nicht nur Zeit, sondern sind auch rund um die Uhr buchbar und können ihr Business verwalten – wann und wo immer sie wollen. Deine Aufgaben

  • Du arbeitest im Tagesgeschäft bei der Debitoren-Buchhaltung mit

  • Bearbeitung von Tickets: Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Verwaltung und Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen und -fälle

  • Erstellung von Mahnungen: Du unterstützt uns dabei, Mahnungen an unsere Kunden zu versenden, um offene Forderungen effizient zu managen

  • Kundenkommunikation und Kundenkonten Verwaltung

  • Unterstützung bei der Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen

  • Du wirkst aktiv an der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Finance Prozessen mit

  • Du unterstützt uns bei administrativen Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Kontenklärung und der Stammdatenpflege

Dein Profil

  • Du hast Freude am Zahlen orientiertem Arbeiten, bist teamorientiert und verfügst über eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

  • Du kannst priorisieren und eigenständig arbeiten

  • Du hast eine hohe Zahlen-Affinität

  • Du hast Spaß Dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und diese proaktiv mitzugestalten

  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere in Excel sind von Vorteil

  • Du sprichst
    verhandlungssicher Deutsch
    , Französisch wäre ein Plus
