Job Title: Solar BESS Solution Manager- C&I (m/f)

Job Location: München, Germany; Düsseldorf may also be considered.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and develop battery energy storage solutions in various scenarios (mainly C&I BESS projects), and regularly provide market insights while analyzing application scenarios and business models of energy storage technologies.
  • Participate deeply in the solution design of C&I battery energy storage projects, establish communication with customers' technical executives to highlight technical advantages, and support successful project development and market expansion.
  • Participate in activities such as industry exhibitions and technical communications, monitor industry development trends, and represent Huawei's professional image.
  • Understand mainstream battery energy storage technical solutions, identify customer pain points, and guide future product design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in electrical automation, renewable energy, or other related fields.
  • Rich experience in relevant fields is preferred, ideally with experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • PV inverter or BESS manufacturer;
  • Solar, inverter, BESS, or power electronics test lab;
  • Standards development or certification organization;
  • Renewable energy engineering consultancy firm;
  • C&I solar PV project EPC/developer company;
  • Policy-making entity, regulator, or authority related to solar energy.
  • Success-oriented and a team player, with a passion for renewables.
  • Strong communication and commercial skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.
