Job Description
Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem engagierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Projektmanagement-Team am Standort Berlin.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktive Unterstützung des Projektmanagement-Teams im täglichen operativen und administrativen Geschäft
  • Erstellung und strukturierte Ablage diverser Dokumente, um einen geordneten Überblick zu gewährleisten
  • Mitarbeit bei vielfältigen, spannenden Projektmanagement-Aufgaben
  • Überarbeitung und Ergänzung von Dokumenten und Präsentationen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Berichten, Statistiken und Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Events z.B. Kundenterminen, Workshops oder Teamveranstaltungen
  • Datenpflege und -analyse mit MS Excel und Smartsheet, wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in SAP und MS-Projekt

Dein Profil

  • Studium in Elektrotechnik, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren technischen bzw. wirtschaftlichen Studiengang (z.B. Mechatronik)
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Plattformen, wie z.B. MS Office, MS Excel Pivots, Smartsheet, Power BI
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit einer "Hands-on"-Mentalität
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
