Your activities

  • Implementierung der globalen Vertriebsstrategie für die WIKA Group mit Fokus auf die Sales Region EMEAI
  • Weiterentwicklung vertriebsrelevanter Prozesse und Workflows, Erstellung von Guidelines, Playbooks und Sales-Trainingskonzepten
  • Strategischer und operativer Support für das Top-Management bei vertriebsrelevanten Projekten, inkl. Performance-Analysen und Business-Planung
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der CRM-Plattform (D365 CE) in Zusammenarbeit mit Corporate IT und externen Dienstleistern
  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Sales Regions und Global Business Units sowie Sicherstellung des Alignments auf Business-Ziele
  • Support bei Pricing-Projekten von der Analyse und Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft i.V.m. mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im internationalen Kontext
  • Fachspezifische Erfahrung im Bereich Sales Strategy und Sales Prozesse erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Go2Market Strategie, Sales Performance Management, Sales Steering und Coaching
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Überzeugungskraft sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende einzubinden und zu motivieren
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team
