Project Manager (m/w/d) OT Security-Produktentwicklung
Ihre Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Vorentwicklungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten rund um Mess- und Steuergeräte für Partikel- und Gasmesstechnik bei Verbrennungsvorgängen
  • Ganzheitliche Produktentwicklung mit Schwerpunkt Software sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen für Operative Technologie (OT), insbesondere im Bereich Cyber-Security
  • Enge technische Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern, Prüflaboren, Zulieferern und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, normativer und interner Anforderungen (u. a. IEC
  • Erstellung und kontinuierliche Pflege von Projektplänen, Budgetübersichten sowie Ressourcen- und Terminplänen
  • Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
  • Regelmäßige und transparente Kommunikation an Auftraggeber und Geschäftsführung
  • Aktive Unterstützung beim Wissensaufbau sowie bei Schulungen interner Projektbeteiligter
  • Koordinierung mehrerer Entwicklungsprojekte parallel – mit Fokus auf strukturiertem Arbeiten und gutem Priorisieren
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium der Elektrotechnik, Physik, Mechatronik, Technischen Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung, idealerweise in der Mess- oder Umweltmesstechnik
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Entwicklungs- oder Technikprojekten sowie Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Kombination aus Projektmanagement-Know-how und technischem Verständnis für Softwareentwicklung sowie OT-Produkte mit Schwerpunkt Cyber-Security
  • Kenntnisse der normativen Anforderungen im Bereich OT-Security (z. B. IEC 62443, CRA)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie MS Project, Polarion, SAP und Office 365
  • Kenntnisse gängiger Projektmanagement-Standards (z. B. GPM/IPMA, PRINCE2, PMP) sind ein Plus
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und eine lösungsorientierte, proaktive Haltung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
