Aufgaben
  • Betreuung unserer Kunden – freundlich, professionell und lösungsorientiert
  • Unterstützung des Projektmanagements bei täglichen Abläufen
  • Organisation und Koordination interner Prozesse
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektunterlagen, Reports und Präsentationen
  • Unterstützung im administrativen Bereich (z. B. Office-Management und Datenpflege)
Qualifikation
  • Freude an Kommunikation und am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice oder Vertrieb sind wünschenswert – aber kein Muss
