DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGE AUFGABE

  • Du bist für die Planung, Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Begleitung interner Prozessaudits gemäß der DIN EN ISO 9001 verantwortlich.

  • Wir verlassen uns auf deine Expertise, wenn es darum geht, die Wirksamkeit und Konformität unserer Geschäftsprozesse zu ermitteln.

  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team Prozessmanagement zusammen und identifizierst und behebst Schwachstellen und Prozessabweichungen entlang des gesamten Lebenszyklus unserer Prozesse.

  • Du unterstützt die Integration normative Anforderungen und sorgst gemeinsam mit den Prozessverantwortlichen und den Managementsystembeauftragten dafür, dass diese systematisch in unsere Prozesse integriert werden.

  • Du förderst eine Unternehmenskultur, die durch kontinuierliche Verbesserung und risikobasierten Denkens geprägt ist.

DU ALS MENSCH UND WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Studiengang.

  • Nachweisbare Ausbildung als Auditor(DIN EN ISO und der Sachkunde für das Qualitätsmanagement

  • Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in die Audit Methodiken wie Auditplanung, Bewertung, Follow-up und Auditkriterien.

  • Mindestens 4 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement mit Schwerpunkt in der Durchführung von Prozessaudits.

  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie idealerweise eine Weiterbildung in Kommunikation und/oder Moderation

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

  • Prozessorientiertes und risikobasiertes Denken und Handeln

  • Projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft.
