Aufgaben
  • Zentrale Ansprechpartner:in-Rolle für Kund:innen aus vielfältigen Branchen – Kommunikation per E‑Mail, Telefon und Videocall.
  • Eigenständige, praxisnahe Beratung in allen datenschutzrechtlichen Fragestellungen – von Auftragsverarbeitung bis Zwecke der Verarbeitung.
  • Unterstützung der DSGVO-Umsetzung mithilfe der Datenschutzsoftware Proliance 360 – verständlich, pragmatisch, skalierbar.
  • Verantwortungsübernahme in abwechslungsreichen Projekten: Datenschutz-Audits, TOM-Reviews, Verarbeitungsverzeichnisse, DSFA, Richtlinienentwicklung, Mitarbeiterschulungen.
  • Regelmäßiger Wissensaustausch mit erfahrenen Expert:innen – Transfer von Best Practices.
  • Fachliche Anleitung und Coaching von Kolleg:innen – Qualitätssicherung und Know-how-Aufbau.
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit juristischem Schwerpunkt (1./2. Staatsexamen, Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbarer Studiengang).
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Datenschutz – idealerweise Beratung, Kanzlei, Inhouse oder externe:r DSB.
  • Erfahrung in fachlicher Anleitung/Teilprojektleitung.
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Hands-on-Mentalität sowie strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse.
