Role Summary
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated
Solution Specialists
to lead sales efforts for innovative SaaS solutions in key European markets. You will represent high-quality ISV solutions in your territory, driving customer acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships. You will act as the local representative for one or multiple software vendors, bringing their products to market and developing strong customer pipelines. Think of it as running your own mini-business inside a fast-growing international company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing and account development.
- Build a deep understanding of assigned SaaS solutions and translate their value into customer outcomes.
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients across mid-sized and enterprise accounts.
- Work closely with marketing and vendor teams to coordinate go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting.
- Establish long-term customer and partner relationships within your region.
- Report directly to the leadership team and help shape our regional expansion strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of B2B solution sales experience, ideally in SaaS in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Proven success in managing a territory and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong understanding of software solution sales cycles, value-based selling, and channel engagement.
- Experience working with multiple software vendors or as part of an indirect sales ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results driven – you like to build things from the ground up.
- Comfortable working remotely, across time zones and cultures.
- Fluency in English and in the local language of your territory (German or French).
- Familiarity with international markets and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

- You position yourself for a potential Country Manager role as StartExpand continues to grow.
