As the App Product Owner, you are the driving force behind the Sunday App, owning its success end-to-end. You will define the vision, prioritize initiatives, and ensure that every customer interaction with the app is a delightful experience.
In a nutshell: You are the CEO of the App with a strong tech partner by your side. Together, you ensure that our customers don't just buy products, but experience a journey.

You take full end-to-end ownership for our app, from product strategy to detailed executionYou develop and prioritize the Product Roadmap based on market trends, user insights, and business KPIsYou collaborate closely with Design and Tech to ensure every feature and UI detail delivers highest possible usability and a superior user experienceYou translate data-driven insights into concrete product decisions, iterating quickly based on feedback and performance metricsYou work closely with Marketing, Customer Insights, and Growth teams to create a seamless customer experienceYou define clear KPIs and leverage analytics to test hypotheses and inform all product decisionsYour Goal: To create an app that doesn't just function, but delights and inspires

Dein Profil

You've built one or more mobile apps from the ground up – ideally from the first concept through launch and the first post-release iterations
You're fluent in the world of app stores and understand the requirements, guidelines, and processes of both the App Store and Google Play (review workflows, releases, updates, and store optimization)
You know what it takes to successfully launch and grow an app – from beta testing and user validation to achieving strong ratings and driving organic downloads
You think like a user: you gather and interpret customer feedback and app store reviews, turning insights into concrete product improvements
You make pragmatic, data-driven decisions based on usage data, market signals, and key performance metrics, such as retention, conversion, ratings
You are experienced in mobile-specific topics such as push notifications, app performance, mobile analytics, or in-app purchase flows
You bring an ownership mindset and take end-to-end responsibility for your product, coordinate cross-functional teams effectively, and stay laser-focused on user value and impact
You're technically confident enough to collaborate closely with developers and understand iOS and Android development cycles – without needing to code yourselfYou hold a completed university degree – the field of study is less important than your proven analytical and structured thinking skillsYou speak both English and German on C1-C2 level

Sunday Natural ist in einer strategischen Partnerschaft mit CVC und heute einer der renommiertesten deutschen Qualitätshersteller, mit eigener Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilung in Berlin. Für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte arbeiten wir mit ausgewählten Forschungsinstituten, Wissenschaftlern, Therapeuten, Landwirten und Berufsverbänden zusammen.

Wir nehmen unsere ökologische Verantwortung sehr ernst: Unser Sortiment ist daher zum größten Teil vegan. Auch bei der Verpackung gehen wir eigene Wege: Die meisten unserer Produkte sind in Glas verpackt und damit fast vollständig recycelbar.

In Berlin haben wir ein vielfältiges Team von mehr als 290 Mitarbeitenden aus mehr als 40 Nationalitäten, das noch immer wächst, aber in einem nachhaltigen Tempo.
