• Focus on the requirements description by creating epics and user stories to create a clear basis for the further development of the product
• Prioritization and maintenance of the product backlog and sorting in terms of effort and availability; coordination of the operational product roadmap
• Covering the Product Owner role in Scrum development teams and participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint-reviews and cross-departmental technical coordination meetings
• Identifying market requirements, customer needs and customer experience, e.g. through analyses, surveys and interviews
• Supporting the Head of Product Management in the creation of the strategic product roadmap
• Ensuring user-friendly product descriptions and product structures; providing documentation for review by technical writers
• Close cooperation with Implementation, Application Operations, Technical Consultants, Support and Service to ensure smooth implementation and technical support
• Improving product expertise in the product management team by enabling other technical units to better understand the product 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer
  Science, Engineering, or related field. 
• At least 3 years of relevant
  work experience in a product owner role, (technical) product manager role
  or technical consulting role.
• At least 2 years of relevant
  work experience in a related product area preferred, e.g. messaging,
  email, supply chain, or IDP.  
• Background in the large
  enterprises segment preferred.
• Technical talent with strong
  analytical skills.
• Proficiency in agile
  methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Excellent communication skills,
  both written and verbal, with the ability to lead meetings and present to
  stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English, German preferred
