Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n Business Development Associate mit fließenden Chinesisch- und Deutschkenntnissen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Deutschland. Die Rolle unterstützt unser Leasing-Team, entwickelt neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten mit chinesischen Unternehmen und pflegt Beziehungen zu Kammern, Botschaften und weiteren Institutionen.

岗位职责 / Aufgaben

  • 协助租赁团队拓展与中资客户的合作机会
    Unterstützung des Leasing-Teams bei der Geschäftsentwicklung mit chinesischen Unternehmen
  • 开发新的业务机会并建立潜在客户网络
    Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Aufbau eines Netzwerks potenzieller Kunden
  • 参与并代表公司出席中德商会、大使馆及相关行业活动
    Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen von Handelskammern, Botschaften und Branchenorganisationen
  • 维护并拓展与中德两国相关机构的合作关系
    Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Institutionen aus China und Deutschland
  • 撰写市场分析、客户资料及内部汇报材料
    Erstellung von Marktanalysen, Kundenprofilen und internen Berichten

任职要求 / Anforderungen

  • 中文和德语流利,具备良好的跨文化沟通能力
    Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Chinesisch und Deutsch sowie interkulturelle Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • 有较强的商务敏感度和客户导向思维
    Ausgeprägtes Geschäftssinn und kundenorientiertes Denken
  • 性格积极主动,能独立完成任务,也能良好地团队协作
    Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise, teamfähig
  • 熟练使用Excel及办公软件
    Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und weiteren Office-Programmen
  • 英语能力是加分项
    Gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • 有房地产或相关行业背景者优先考虑
    Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche ist von Vorteil
