Supervisor – Agritechnica 2025 (Hannover, Germany)

Work period: November 9–15, days)

Working hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (including lunch break)

Briefing: November 8 (2 hours, time to be defined)

We are looking for a Supervisor to manage the stand of one of our clients during Agritechnica 2025 in Hannover.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all operational aspects of the stand (logistics, service bookings, catering, etc.)
  • Supervise daily activities and ensure smooth execution during the fair
  • Act as a liaison between the client, suppliers, and event staff
  • Support setup and dismantling when required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as supervisor or teamleader
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Local knowledge of Hannover and the fairgrounds is a plus
