The Role:

Role overview

A leadership position managing a team of Solution Consultants, combining hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight to drive successful customer implementations and solution optimization.

NOTE: This position requires a hybrid work format with visits to the client's office in Frankfurt, Germany.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead & Mentor a team of Solution Consultants, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Drive Implementations by overseeing technical delivery and ensuring scalable, secure solutions.
  • Engage Clients to gather requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Act as Trusted Advisor by providing ongoing technical support and guidance.
  • Present Solutions through clear, audience-appropriate demos and technical sessions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally with product, engineering, and support teams.
  • Manage Escalations & Projects, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay Current with industry trends to continuously improve customer outcomes.
Ideal Profile:

Job requirements:

  • 5+ years in Solution Consulting or Architecture, ideally in eDiscovery, forensics, or investigations (Big 4 or public sector).
  • Experience with SaaS and on-premise deployments; strong scripting and infrastructure scaling skills.
  • Experience with Ruby.
  • Hands-on knowledge of platforms like EnCase, FTK, Relativity, Magnet.
  • Technical familiarity with Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL, Keycloak, MS365.
  • Strong team leadership and client-facing communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and English; open to DACH-region travel.
