DEINE HERAUSFORDERUNG
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Umsetzung von Lean Construction, Lean Design und Lean Administration in allen Phasen unserer Projekte
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung aller regelmäßig erforderlichen Lean-Workshops für ein Projekt in Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen Teams
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für die Durchführung und Organisation Lean-spezifischer Schulungen, sowohl unternehmensintern als auch extern für Partner unserer Projekte
  • Du unterstützt und berätst unsere regionalen Fachabteilungen bei der Implementierung der Lean-Methode in die Wertschöpfungskette der operativen Projektarbeit
  • Du treibst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der internen produktbezogenen Lean-Management-Standards, -Werkzeuge und -Methoden voran


DEIN PROFIL, UM GEMEINSAM ETWAS ZU BEWEGEN
  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurs- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung und Anwendung von Lean-Methoden mit
  • Du hast erste Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung oder einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit im Zusammenhang mit Bauprojekten
  • Du verfügst über exzellente Präsentations-, Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • hohe Motivation, etwas in unserem Unternehmen zu bewegen und andere zu begeistern
  • Du bringst eine deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft mit Fokus auf den Einsatzort mit
