About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate on-site execution for mission-critical construction projects in the Frankfurt region. The ideal candidate has a background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or M&E Engineering, and hands-on experience working in complex, highly regulated environments such as Data Centers, Pharmaceutical facilities, or Logistics hubs. You will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and driving construction progress according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities


• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for mission-critical projects.


• Coordinate daily tasks with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain progress and quality.


• Ensure strict compliance with HSE procedures, construction standards, and project specifications.


• Monitor progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.


• Oversee material delivery, site logistics, and installation sequencing.


• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to German construction regulations (including VOB).


• Maintain accurate site documentation, daily reports, and communication logs.


• Collaborate closely with the project management, engineering, and design teams to resolve technical issues.


• Support commissioning and handover activities.

Required Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, M&E Engineering, or related field.


• 3–8 years of construction site experience, ideally within mission-critical sectors (Data Centers, Pharma, Logistics, Industrial).


• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures and on-site safety compliance.


• Understanding of German construction codes (VOB required; HOAI beneficial).


• Solid knowledge of construction processes, site coordination, and technical execution.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.


• Proficiency in site reporting tools and construction management software.


• Fluent English is required; German is an advantage.


• Valid working permit in Germany (required for consideration).

• Experience with high-density MEP systems or complex infrastructure projects.


• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, technically demanding environments.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to site challenges.
