What you'll do

As a Customer Success Working Student for the DACH market, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting our clients and helping them succeed with the CoachHub platform.

Your main missions:
Manage your own client portfolio

• Take ownership of ~20–30 clients after your onboarding.
• Design rollout plans that drive engagement and adoption.
• Track usage and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Partner with Sales on renewals and growth opportunities.
• Gather feedback and share ideas to make the client experience even better.

Support your team & collaborate globally

• Work side-by-side with experienced Customer Success Managers on projects and key meetings.
• Help prepare Quarterly Business Reviews for strategic clients.
• Get involved in cross-functional projects with Product, Sales, and Operations.
• Exchange best practices with teams in other markets — France, Northern & Western Europe, UKI, and more.

What makes you a great fit

You're currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (with at least 12 months left).

You've gained some work experience, ideally in a client-facing or project-based role.

You're fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills.

You're curious, organized, and proactive — always ready to find solutions.

You enjoy using tools like Google Workspace (G-Suite) and learning new software.

Bonus: You're interested in data analysis or business development.
