Deine Mission

Als Werkstudent im Bereich Customer Success & Operations unterstützt du unser Team dabei, ein herausragendes Kundenerlebnis zu schaffen und gleichzeitig interne Prozesse im Customer Success weiter zu professionalisieren. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt in der operativen Unterstützung unserer Customer Success Manager, damit diese mehr Zeit für die strategische Arbeit mit unseren Kunden haben.

Dabei erhältst du spannende Einblicke in die Arbeit an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Produkt, Marketing und Vertrieb und lernst, wie Customer Success in einem schnell wachsenden B2B-Softwareunternehmen funktioniert.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Operative Unterstützung im Customer Success: Übernahme von Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft (z. B. Pflege von Kundendaten, Erstellung von Reports, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen)

  • Beitrag zur Customer Success-Exzellenz: Mitarbeit an internen Projekten, wie Vorlagen, Standards oder Prozessoptimierungen

  • Unterstützung im System Predium: Anpassungen auf Kundenwunsch sowie Unterstützung bei Imports/Exports

  • Mitarbeit an produktspezifischen Themen: Tests, Reviews und Feedback zur Weiterentwicklung

  • Unterstützung bei der Onboarding-Optimierung: Erstellung von Materialien wie Onboarding-Videos, Skripte oder Leitfäden

  • Analyse von Daten: Aufbereitung von Kunden- und Nutzungsdaten sowie Erstellung einfacher Reports für das Customer Success Team

  • Marketing-Support: Unterstützung bei Events/Messen, Erstellung und Pflege von Mailvorlagen und Templates



Dein Profil

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d), idealerweise in einem Studiengang mit Bezug zu Wirtschaft, Management, Nachhaltigkeit oder Immobilien

  • Sehr strukturierte, zuverlässige und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Eigenverantwortung für Aufgaben

  • Professionelle Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch

  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Kundenbetreuung, Software oder Projektarbeit sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
