Growth Manager (1–3 years experience)
to join our
Cologne
hub. In this role, you will be the strategic pulse of our most prestigious global accounts, acting as the primary link between world-class brand heritage and the high-velocity TikTok ecosystem. Your Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Ownership:
  Lead the roadmap for a premier global brand on TikTok Shop. You are responsible for the account strategy, pricing alignment, and maintaining a healthy P&L for their German presence.
• Client & Stakeholder Management:
  Serve as the central point of contact for the brand's TikTok Shop-Team, ensuring reliable communication and aligning their international vision with local market execution.
• Content & Live Coordination:
  Oversee the planning and quality control of short-form video and livestream formats, ensuring they meet the brand's high standards while performing within the platform's algorithm.
• TikTok Platform Partnership:
  Maintain a
  professional, close collaboration with TikTok Shop representatives
  to stay ahead of platform updates, troubleshoot challenges, and implement best practices for your client.
• Performance Reporting:
  Monitor key account metrics and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that support the client's growth and brand goals.

Your Profile

• Experience:
  1–3 years of professional experience
  in E-commerce, Account Management, or Digital Marketing. You've successfully managed brands or projects in a digital sales environment.
• Linguistic Mastery:
  Native-level German (C2)
  and ideally professional fluency in
  English
  are essential for navigating both local and global stakeholder needs.
• Content Intuition:
  A solid understanding of what makes high-quality video and live shopping content, specifically for a premium brand audience.
• Organized & Analytical:
  Strong business acumen with a structured approach to managing budgets, timelines, and account performance.
• Location:
  Based in or relocating to
