Your Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Ecosystem Management:
    Orchestrate the end-to-end creator lifecycle, from strategic scouting and onboarding to managing high-volume sample logistics and partnership health.
  • Trend & Insights Synthesis:
    Monitor social commerce shifts and FYP dynamics to translate emerging trends into actionable content briefs for our creator network.
  • Content Quality Assurance:
    Audit and optimize short-form video assets to ensure seamless product integration, high-conversion "Yellow Basket" placement, and brand alignment.
  • Storefront Governance:
    Ownership of the digital storefront's integrity, including catalog optimization, real-time inventory synchronization, and pricing strategy execution.
  • Platform Compliance & Performance:
    Safeguard "Shop Health" by maintaining 100% adherence to TikTok's fulfillment SLAs and navigating complex platform policies.

Your Profile

  • Platform Native:
    Deep, intuitive understanding of TikTok's algorithm, short-form video hooks, and the social-to-commerce conversion path.

    C2 German
