Für unser wachsendes Team im Bereich Health in der DACH-Region suchen wir einen ambitionierten Practice Expert (all genders). Unser Fachbereich berät Krankenhäuser sowie führende Unternehmen der Pharma- oder Medizintechnik sowie der sonstigen Gesundheitsbranche. Gemeinsam mit unseren Klient:innen entwickeln und implementieren wir kreative Strategien in einem dynamischen Markt. Unsere Projekte reichen von der strategischen Neuausrichtung über die Gestaltung innovativer Prozessabläufe bis hin zur Entwicklung neuer Organisationsmodelle zur Effizienzsteigerung.

Als Practice Expert (all genders) unterstützt du unsere Beratungsteams in der Projekt-, Studien- und Akquisearbeit mit umfangreichen Informationsrecherchen, Datenauswertungen und -aufbereitungen z. B. durch die Erstellung von Markt- und Trendanalysen. Du sorgst für eine reichhaltige Datenbasis, einen reibungslosen Informationsaustausch, eine sorgfältige Dokumentation von Projektergebnissen und die Einbindung der Expertise unserer weltweiten Kolleg:innen.

Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Gesundheitsökonomie oder in ähnlichen Fachrichtungen mit sehr guten Ergebnissen
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Marktforschung oder Beratung in den Bereichen Krankenhaus, Pflege oder Medizintechnik ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute analytische, methodische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Neugier, Kreativität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Muttersprache oder C2)
