As Working Student - Recruiment in our People & Culture team you will play a crucial part in ensuring that we maintain our position as industry leaders by attracting and nurturing the best talents.

Ingredients for Success

• Enrolled student in the field of business administration, HR management, business psychology or similar.
• This role requires a real people's person; it will take great communication skills, empathy, and motivation to provide the candidates and hiring managers with the best possible experience.
• Managing various open positions at once and scheduling all those interviews can be a challenge, so you'll need good organizational skills and drive to get things done.
• Availability for 20 hours per week. 
• Fluent in English and German.

Menu of Responsibilities

• Support the interview scheduling for full time positions as well as own the entire recruitment lifecycle for junior positions (so yes, you will be leading interviews, too). 
• Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Partner in our team and the interviewers from various departments to ensure a smooth and engaging process for both – the hiring team and the talents.
• Work together with the team, continuously identify, develop, and crystallize improvement opportunities and occasionally work on additional projects like Employer Branding, Onboarding, etc.
