Sales & Pre-Sales Support

• Client Alignment
  → Collaborate with account teams to understand client needs and provide technical expertise in proposals.
• Strategic Partnerships
  → Act as a technical trusted advisor, managing key client relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Strategic Leadership

• Goal Setting
  → Align team objectives with company strategy to drive impactful results.
• Cross-Team Collaboration
  → Work closely with other teams to ensure operational excellence and technical alignment.

  → Represent KI performance in the Data & AI ecosystem through innovation, knowledge sharing, and community engagement.

Your Profile – Required Skills

• Experience & Leadership
  → Several years of experience in Data Engineering, AI, or Analytics, with proven experience in team leadership.
• Technical Expertise
  → Deep knowledge of Azure, Databricks, AI and modern data architectures.
• Business Understanding
  → Ability to solve business problems with the right technical solution.
• Communication & Collaboration
  → Strong ability to engage with stakeholders, mentor teams, and present complex topics clearly.
• Excellent communication skills
  – Fluent and business-proficient language skills in German and English.
