Als Head of Project Operations übernimmst Du die Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Durchführung und Steuerung unserer Projekte – vom Vertragsabschluss bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme/ Übergabe an den Kunden.

Du stellst sicher, dass Qualität, Budget, Termine und Kundenzufriedenheit in allen Projekten gewährleistet sind, und entwickelst Strukturen, Prozesse und Teams kontinuierlich weiter.

Deine Position
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Projektmanagement, -steuerung und -controlling im Unternehmen
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Projektmanagement-Teams (Projektleiter, Projektcontroller, technische Koordinatoren etc.)
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten Projektabwicklung in Bezug auf Qualität, Zeit und Kosten
  • Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung von PM-Standards, Tools, KPIs und Reportingstrukturen
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei strategischen Entscheidungen und in der Projektportfolio-Steuerung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Engineering, Produktion, Einkauf, Finance und externen Partnern
  • Monitoring und Reporting des Projektportfolios inklusive Chancen- und Risikomanagement
  • Verantwortung für Prozessoptimierung, Ressourceneinsatz und Kapazitätsplanung
  • Eskalationsmanagement und Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit bei laufenden Projekten
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement – idealerweise im technischen oder industriellen Umfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams (fachlich & disziplinarisch)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden (z. B. PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2 oder agile Ansätze)
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Optimierung von Projektorganisationen und -prozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement- und ERP-Systemen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische, organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsstärke und Teamorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
