Business Development Manager

Our organization is a dynamic and innovative real estate company, acting both as a developer and investor, with a focus on data centers and logistics properties. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for Düsseldorf or Hamburg.

More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:

• Initiate and market commercial and industrial properties, with a special focus on logistics facilities, distribution centers, data centers, and business parks in Germany.
• Identify potential investment opportunities (acquisition of land (greenfield & brownfield), refurbishment projects, sale & leaseback or joint venture projects).
• Conduct and manage legal and technical (land) due diligence.
• Manage and supervise external partners such as lawyers, architects, specialist planners, and experts.
• Analyse and calculate real estate projects.
• Negotiate and conclude lease agreements as well as land-related contracts, such as urban development contracts, development agreements, or easements.
• Interact with external stakeholders such as municipalities, authorities, and other key entities.
• Drive project realization through to completion in close collaboration with the technical team and legal department, including financial, scheduling, and quality tracking.
• Analyse and prepare progress reports in collaboration with the Head of Development Germany.
• Deepen existing customer relationships and expand business networks, e.g., with municipalities, authorities, service providers, and other business partners.
• Market research activities in the context of competitors and market trends, with the goal of continuously monitoring developments and trends in the real estate market.
• Represent the company at important industry meetings, trade fairs, and events.
