We are looking for a new HR Manager for our Human Resources team at our Munich or Augsburg locations to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will inspire us with empathy, authenticity, clear communication, reliability, and openness to new ideas, and will actively shape our corporate culture with heart and mind.
Your responsibilitiesIn your daily work, you will lead a dedicated team, oversee our HR processes and foster a strong, inclusive corporate culture.
- As part of the management team, you will be responsible for the HR budget and keep track of all the details
- You will take HR support for Switzerland to the next level
- You will oversee talent acquisition (especially at the management level), employee relations, and performance management to promote the engagement of each individual
- You will ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in Germany and Switzerland
- Together with the Head of HR you will develop the HR strategy for the DACH region and ensure that it aligns perfectly with global objectives
- You will work closely with managers to drive organizational change and leadership development
- You will promote diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives within the teams
- You will oversee and advise the office management, which also falls within your area of responsibility
- You strive to create a great employee experience by continuously improving our HR services and processes
- You use your strategic thinking and experience in organizational development to implement HR initiatives with impact
- You lead the local HR team and report directly to the Head of HR of Orange Cyberdefense
One of your first projects will be to work with your team to develop and implement the HR strategy for Switzerland. The goal is to build a stable and efficient cross-border HR organization.
Your profileWe are looking for someone, who will actively shape our daily work with a warm yet pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
Hard skills- You have a master's degree in business administration, business psychology, or a comparable educational qualification
- You have many years of professional experience in human resources and at least 3 years of management experience, ideally in an international environment
- You have experience in fast-paced industries, ideally in the IT sector, as well as a solid understanding of complex business processes
- You have in-depth knowledge of German labour law and HR regulations
- You have expertise in talent acquisition and personnel planning
- You have experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and digital HR tools, as well as with budget management and financial planning
- Fluent language skills in German and English (written and spoken) round off your profile; French skills are an advantage
- You have excellent communication skills that enable you to build trust and influence others; collaborating with other people comes easily to you
- You are adaptable and resilient in a rapidly changing environment
- You have a proactive and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as an inclusive and empowering leadership style that promotes a positive and diverse corporate culture
- You are assertive, have strong consulting skills, and are highly service-oriented
