*About The Role
Qt Group is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial
Product Manager
for
QtBridges*
to drive the expansion of the Qt Framework into new developer ecosystems beyond C++, such as Rust and C#.

In this role, you'll take ownership of the commercial success of new products from identifying opportunities and shaping strategies to enable go-to-market execution. You'll work closely with marketing, sales, and technical program management (TPM) teams to define priorities, create clarity amid uncertainty, and build products that attract and retain a new generation of developers.

This is a highly collaborative yet independent role, ideal for someone who thrives in the ambiguity of new product launches and enjoys bridging technical and commercial domains.

*What You'll Do*

• Define and execute commercially viable product strategies for new Qt offerings
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and whitespace
• Collaborate with engineering and TPM to translate strategy into clear priorities and deliverables
• Work closely with marketing and sales to craft go-to-market plans, including training, messaging, and launch enablement
• Develop pricing and packaging strategies across diverse target markets
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure successful product introduction and scaling
• Track and analyze product performance and user feedback to guide iteration and improvement
• Define, monitor, and act upon KPIs to measure success and inform decision-making
• Navigate uncertainty with confidence, making pragmatic decisions to keep momentum during complex product launches

• Proven experience in product management, ideally with new product launches or expansion into new markets
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make data-driven decisions amid ambiguity
• Strong understanding of software developer ecosystems and market dynamics
• Demonstrated success in commercial product management, collaborating with marketing and sales teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a bias toward action
• Experience working in agile environments
• Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English
