Du begeisterst Dich für Strategie und Value Creation ebenso wie für Corporate Finance und M&A? Dich faszinieren Private Equitiy-geführte Transaktionen? Und Du möchtest Deine Karriere auf die nächste Stufe heben?

Wir suchen eine/n Senior Associate oder Manager mit fundierter Erfahrung aus M&A- und/oder Transaktionsberatung, um unser Team aus hochqualifizierten und unternehmerisch denkenden Professionals zu verstärken. 

Als Senior Associate übernimmst Du die volle Verantwortung für Deinen Workstream und arbeitest in direktem Kontakt mit unseren Mandanten. Du coachst Deine Junior Teammitglieder. Als Manager treibst Du das Projekt gemeinsam mit einem Partner oder Director voran. Du hast die volle Kontrolle über die Schnittstelle zum Mandanten und coachst und koordinierst das Team. 

Deine Projekte
  • M&A Lead Advisory: Managing eines gesamten Sell- oder Buy-Side-Transaktionsprozesses oder eines wesentlichen Teils davon
  • Diligences: Managing einer Commercial und/oder Technical Due Diligence auf Sell- oder Buy-Side oder zumindest für ein vollständiges Modul 
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Value Creation-Programmen, z.B. Exit Readiness, Post-Merger Integration und Effizienzinitiativen


Dein Profil

Du bist ein Teamplayer, dem intensive Zusammenarbeit Spaß macht, hast ein unternehmerisches Mindset und fühlst Dich in einem agilen Umfeld zu Hause. Du lieferst qualitativ hochwertige Arbeit und bist gleichzeitig pragmatisch. Beziehungen zu Mandanten baust Du dank Deiner ausgeprägten Beratungskompetenz, Deiner Führungsqualität und Deiner kommunikativen Stärke schnell auf. 

Qualifikationen
  • Exzellenter Hochschulabschluss einer renommierten Business School/Universität
  • Idealerweise 3-6 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung in einer führenden M&A-Boutique, einer Strategie- oder Corporate Finance-Beratung oder einer Private Equity- oder Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
