Find out more Our Team We have a new vacancy for a high calibre M&A Associate to become part of our successful, dynamic and fast-growing Frankfurt M&A Team. Our team offers flat hierarchies with a high level of responsibility from day one. The Role Supporting both local and international Corporate Finance transactions in close interaction with senior professionals, clients and banks Conducting financial analysis and modelling of target companies including comparable trading and transaction analysis as well as cash-flow based models (DCF/LBO) Drafting and structuring of client pitch-books and active participation in client meetings and marketing activities Guiding and developing junior team members Requirements Minimum of 3 years of prior investment banking or equivalent M&A experience Excellent academic degree from a top university, ideally within the Economics, Finance, Business or related field Strong analytical skills and financial modelling experience as well as further knowledge of financial analysis (HGB and IFRS) Attention to detail and excellent self-organisation skills Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team Business-fluent proficiency in German and English (verbal and written) is essential If you would like to apply to this role, please send your CV and a covering letter to karriere@dcadvisory.com
