About the role In short: Build a leading pharma database and deploy AI solutions to unlock its value. In this role, you'll:Help build and maintain backends and orchestration frameworks for AI workflows.Gain hands-on experience in evaluating, fine-tuning, and integrating state-of-the-art LLMs into customer-facing solutions.Build and operate data acquisition pipelines that collect, process, and integrate complex data from diverse sources (APIs, third-party vendors, crawlers, and more) into a database. Tech stack:LLM & AI Stack: OpenAI, Claude, open-weight models, agentic-frameworks, RAG pipelinesBackend & Infra: Python, Docker, Azure, Postgres We're pragmatic about tech – if a new tool helps us move faster or deliver more value, we adopt it. Always evolving.
