Deine Aufgaben:
 

Als Werkstudent:In im Bereich Inside Sales unterstützt Du das gesamte Team im Tagesgeschäft und wirst wie ein vollwertiges Teammitglied in den Arbeitsablauf eingebunden

  • Du unterstützt selbstständig bei allen anfallenden administrativen Aufgaben

  • Du bist eingebunden in der Betreuung von Kunden und lernst, Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und aufrechtzuerhalten und zeigst Interesse an und Wissen über deren Umfeld.

  • Du bringst Dich aktiv in die Zusammenarbeit des Teams ein und übernimmst Verantwortung für eine konsequente Kundenzufriedenheit während des gesamten Lebenszyklus des Kundenkaufprozesses, indem Du zusammen mit Deinem Team Ressourcen für den Vertrag für jeden Kunden entwickelst, implementierst und verwaltest

  • Aufgrund Deines engen Kontakts zu den Teammitgliedern und Deiner Unterstützung erhltst Du tiefe Einblicke in einen der größten IT Dienstleister der Welt

  • Du hast bereits die ersten Semester Deines Studiums, idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaft oder Sozialwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang erfolgreich absolviert

  • Du hast die Möglichkeit, Dich in Deinen Interessengebieten zu vertiefen und eigene Ideen und Projekte anzustoßen

  • Du verfügst über eine gute Auffassungsgabe und möchtest Dich ständig weiterentwickeln

  • Dank eines individuellen Mentorings und praxisorientierter Einarbeitung, entwickelst Du Dich fachlich und persönlich weiter

  • Du bist von Anfang an Teil des Teams und profitierst von flachen Hierarchien und der internationalen Zusammenarbeit

  • Dein Arbeitsplatz in Bad Homburg ist optimal an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden und wenn Du möchtest, kannst Du auch gerne gelegentlich aus dem Homeoffice arbeiten
