Ihre Aufgaben
  • Leitung von Aufträgen/Projekten im Bereich Projekt- und Kostenmanagement verschiedener Asset Klassen (Büro-/Wohn-/Gewerbeimmobilien, oder Mischnutzung) 
  • Entwicklung und Lieferung von maßgeschneiderten Project-Management Lösungen
  • Koordination von Projektteams und Verteilung der Aufgaben 
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten einschließlich Honorar- und Aufwandskalkulationen
  • Enge, kreative und flexible Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Investorenkunden mit Hauptfokus auf ihre Ziele
  • Unterstützung von TA Europe bei Wachstum und Entwicklung zu einem führenden Beratungsunternehmen 


Ihre Erfahrungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Cost Management, Ingenieurwesen, Architektur, zum Wirtschaftsingenieur oder eine vergleichbare technische/wirtschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement in Real Estate oder in einer Beratungstätigkeit als Projektmanager oder Projektsteuerer
  • Fähigkeit, von komplexen technischen Zusammenhängen zu abstrahieren und diese unseren Kunden inklusive passender Lösungen zu vermitteln
  • Kommunikative, diplomatische und durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit sowie ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Team mit Büros im In- und Ausland
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft
