About the Role:

We are looking for our international team in
Munich
for a
Mid-Senior Frontend Developer (m/f/x)
to help us build the web platform behind our next-generation analytics and reporting solution.

As a member of our development team, you will be building the backbone of our analytics platform. You will work closely with our Python & Development Architect, focusing on coding, documentation, and independent problem solving, while helping us deliver reliable and scalable solutions to our clients.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Build the next-generation analytics platform:
    Develop interactive dashboards, reporting tools, and admin features that transform complex data into clear insights.
  • Shape user experiences that matter:
    Create intuitive, responsive, and fast UIs for data-driven professionals across multiple devices.
  • Collaborate across teams:
    Work closely with backend developers and architects to deliver seamless integrations and high-quality data experiences.
  • Maintain and evolve our existing applications:
    Improve existing interfaces for data validation, delivery tracking, and visualization.
  • Champion code quality & performance:
    Write clean, tested, and maintainable code; help enhance our component library, performance, and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills:

  • 3–5 years' experience with (latest versions)
  • Strong proficiency in
    TypeScript
    , modular design, and clean coding practices
  • Experience building
    real-time, performant, and responsive applications
    across devices
  • Solid experience with
    API integration
    (REST preferred)
  • UI & Data Visualization
  • Experience building dashboards/charts (Nivo preferred)
  • Knowledge of
    TailwindCSS
  • Awareness of accessibility and best practices
  • Familiarity with state management (React Query preferred)
  • Understanding of caching, SSR/SSG, and performance optimization in

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong testing mindset (with Jest preferred)
  • DevOps familiarity (CI/CD pipelines)
  • Fluent in English (German or French a plus)
  • Structured and conscientious working style, good project and time management
  • Strong problem-solving skills – clear thinker under pressure
  • Creativity, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfort in an agile, startup-like environment
  • Experience with backend technologies (.NET, Python, )
  • Experience with Angular is a plus
  • Experience with Docker and cloud deployments is a plus
  • Mentoring experience is a plus
