Ihre Aufgaben
- Prüfung von Grundstücksangeboten, Erstellung von Businessplänen und Projektkalkulationen
- Begleitung von An- und Verkaufsprozessen inkl. Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten (technische, kaufmännische und rechtliche Due Diligence, Objektbesichtigungen, Notartermine)
- Aufbereitung von Entscheidungs- und Präsentationsunterlagen für die Management-Ebene
- Unterstützung bei der Strukturierung und Umsetzung von Investmentmodellen, Kapitalpartnerschaften und Joint Ventures bis zum Projektexit
- Steuerung entwicklungsrelevanter Prozesse von der Konzeption über Baurecht, Planung und Bau bis hin zu Vertrieb und Vermietung – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen
- Auswahl und Koordination externer Partner wie Planer, Architekten und Ingenieure
- Vorbereitung und Ausarbeitung von Verträgen (z. B. Architekten-, Ingenieur- und Dienstleistungsverträge)
- Schnittstellenmanagement zu Bereichen wie Finanzierung, Recht, Steuern, Marketing und Baumanagement
- Verantwortung für internes und externes Reporting
- Mitwirkung an der Vermietungsstrategie: Nutzerkonzepte, Mietangebote, Vertrags-verhandlungen und -abschlüsse
- Aufbau und Pflege von Akquise-Kanälen (Makler, Berater, Wirtschaftsförderung, Netzwerke)
Ihr Profil
- Studienabschluss in einem der Fächer BWL, VWL, Immobilienwirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder in einem verwandten Studiengang
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilien-Projektentwicklung oder im Immobilien-Investment
- Immobilienwirtschaftliches Know-how, ein sehr gutes Verständnis für finanz- und immobilienwirtschaftliche Fragestellungen, sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine präzise Arbeitsweise
- Gutes Koordinations- und Durchsetzungsvermögen im Hinblick auf die Steuerung externer Dienstleister und die Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen Team
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit und Fähigkeit in Schnittstellenfunktionen zu arbeiten
