The Challenge

Data centers power the digital world, but their growth challenges energy and environmental sustainability.

The Project

As part of the construction of a data center, we are looking for an
EHS Manager
, from the project management perspective, to supervise the EHS team.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures tailored to the data center construction site

-Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental risks

-Monitor site activities to ensure safe work practices and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

-Investigate accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions

-Maintain HSE documentation and reporting for regulatory bodies and internal review

-Promote a safety culture among all project stakeholders, including contractors and visitors

Required Skills & Experience

-Over 10 years' experience in data center or industrial construction projects

-Knowledge of German health and safety regulations

-Fluent in German and English

-In possession of NEBOSH qualifications
