Was Dich erwartet:

  • Markenstrategie mit Herz & Hirn:
    Du entwickelst und führst eine starke Brand-Identity – vom großen Ganzen bis ins kleinste Detail.
  • Botschafter:in der Marke:
    Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Markenwerte auf allen Kanälen gelebt und gespürt werden – vom Packaging bis zum Social Media Post.
  • Kampagnen, die bewegen:
    Du planst, koordinierst und setzt kreative Marketingkampagnen um, die Aufmerksamkeit erzeugen und im Kopf bleiben und liebst es darüber hinaus, kreativ zu texten.
  • Projektmanagement & Budgetplanung:
    Du behältst Timings, Budgets und Ressourcen im Blick und steuerst Projekte von der Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Shootingunterstützung:
    Du bist bei Foto- und Video-Shootings am Start, begleitest die Umsetzung und sorgst dafür, dass die Marke visuell perfekt in Szene gesetzt wird.
  • Teamplayer mit Drive:
    Du arbeitest eng mit Produktentwicklung, Vertrieb, Content- und Design-Team zusammen, um ein konsistentes Markenerlebnis zu schaffen.
  • Hybrid & flexibel:
    Nach einer gründlichen Einarbeitung gestaltest Du Deinen Arbeitsalltag selbstbestimmt – mit der Möglichkeit, bis zu 40 % Deiner Arbeitszeit aus dem Homeoffice zu arbeiten und dabei weiterhin voll ins kreative Team eingebunden zu sein.

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Marketing- oder Kommunikationbereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Brand Management
  • Basis-Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Suite & Shopify-Software
  • Kreatives Gespür für Markeninszenierung und Storytelling
  • Analytisches Denken gepaart mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Kommunikationsstärke & Projektmanagmentskills
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und die Motivation, Deine kreativen Ideen in die Tat umzusetzen
