Digital Program Manager – Process Automation

We specialize in the Development, Design and Engineering, Financing, EPC and Operation of solar power and provide turnkey solar power plant solutions to investors internationally.
Since 2009, ib vogt has commissioned plants with a capacity of over 3 Gigawatts. We employ 900 experts, in all areas of the solar power plant value chain in over 30 countries. The company operates internationally from offices across Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and Africa.
As Digital Program Manager (m/f/d), you will drive ib vogt's digital transformation in process automation and AI/data platform development. You'll manage the digital project portfolio, enable agile delivery teams, and ensure that automation and data initiatives create measurable business value across the organization.
- Lead the portfolio and roadmap for automation, data, and AI initiatives
- Support and coach agile delivery teams (Scrum/Kanban), ensuring efficient and transparent delivery
- Translate business needs into actionable backlogs and prioritize work for maximum value
- Oversee process automation projects (e.g., Power Platform, UiPath, AI Tools) from use-case identification to implementation
- Drive the development of the data & AI platform as a basis for our Digital Twin (Azure Data Lake, Power BI, Synapse, etc.), ensuring data quality and governance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to ensure alignment and adoption
- Report progress, KPIs, and value realization to leadership
- 7+ years' experience in digital transformation, program, or portfolio management
- Strong knowledge of agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and cross-functional delivery
- Hands-on experience in automation (RPA, Power Automate) and data/AI platforms (Azure, Power BI, Synapse)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English language, German language is a plus
- Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2, or Azure/AI are advantageous
