Das ist Deine Stelle

  • Aufbau und Integration eines Prozess- und Dokumentationsmanagements
  • Berücksichtigung von digitalen Tools zur Steigerung der Prozesseffizienz (z.B. Machine Learning KI, Robotic process automation)
  • Optimierung von Prozessen, um Prozesseffizienz zu steigern und die Prozessqualität zu erhöhen
  • Erhebung von Kennzahlen im Zuge des Prozessmanagements
  • Initiieren und Leiten von Projekten
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen
  • Überwachung der Wirksamkeit von eingeführten Prozessen

Das macht Dich aus

  • Mindestens 6-semestriges Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Technisches Grundverständnis
  • Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und den Willen, sich mit uns weiterzuentwickeln
  • Eigenständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten
