ABOUT THE ROLE

Within our Partnerships team, your role will be to develop partnerships with venues and services providers in Germany, including:

  • Search and list new venues and service providers
  • Create and update partner listings on the platform
  • Support Partners throughout their onboarding process
  • Answer Partners' requests promptly, accurately and efficiently
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, terms and conditions
  • Participate to the development of new processes, tools and product features
  • Participate to the training of new joiners

This role can lead to a Manager position.

YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF:

  • You are
    fluent in German and in English
  • You have
    experience in the hospitality industry
  • You have a positive, results-driven, and growth-oriented mindset
  • You are very well organized and you enjoy working as part of a team
  • It is a plus if you are fluent in French

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Offices in the center of Hamburg (WeWork)
  • Competitive package : €40K to €55K depending on experience + bonus + benefits

INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • Step 1: Discovery video call meeting with a partnerships team member (30 min)
  • Step 2 : Video call or in-person meeting with one a senior member of ur German team (30min)
  • Step 3: Speed dating, if possible in person, with 4 member of the team based in Paris (90 min)
