Das Produktdesign-Team von SMARTBROKER+ sucht ab sofort eine Design Engineer*in, die unser fünfköpfiges Team verstärkt. Mit uns konzipierst, designst und entwickelst du SMARTBROKER+, einen modernen Neobroker am deutschen Markt (der übrigens Nr. 1 beim Depotvergleich von Finanzfluss ist). Als Design Engineer*in gestaltest und entwickelst du die plattformübergreifende Produktstrategie weiter, pflegst und skalierst unser Design-System sowie die Component-Library in Figma und Code und übersetzt Konzepte in "ready-for-dev"-UI-Flows. Du arbeitest eng mit Engineering zusammen, um Komponenten gemeinsam weiterzuentwickeln, stellst die Einhaltung unserer Standards und Accessibility-Richtlinien sicher und wirkst aktiv an Discovery-Prozessen, User-Tests sowie Beta- und A/B-Tests mit. Darüber hinaus dokumentierst du UI-Patterns, Guidelines und neue Komponenten, bringst Design- und Produktchancen ins Team ein, unterstützt bei komplexen technischen und fachlichen Themen und hilfst dabei, hohe UX- und Qualitätsstandards in einem wachsenden Produktumfeld sicherzustellen.
Über die Smartbroker GruppeDein Profil- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Web-Entwicklung sowie in der Arbeit mit JavaScript, TypeScript, React, , Tailwind und REST-APIs
- Fundierte Erfahrung als Product Designer*in für skalierte B2C-Apps auf mehreren Plattformen und im Umgang mit tokenbasierten Design-Systemen
- Tiefes Verständnis von nutzerzentriertem Produktdesign sowie der Architektur und Skalierung moderner Web-Anwendungen
- Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Produkt- und UX-Anforderungen
- Begeisterung für Kapitalmarkt, moderne Technologien und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Best Practices
