Wir verfügen über tiefgreifende Marktkenntnisse im Bereich Micro-Living und decken den gesamten Lebenszyklus einer Immobilie ab – von der Investition über das Asset Management bis hin zum operativen Betrieb.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine*n (Senior) Accountant / Reporting & Accounting Specialist (m/w/d).

Aufgaben
  • Eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung nach HGB über DATEV und Unternehmen Online
  • Organisation und Ausführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Quartalsreportings
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse im Rechnungswesen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Finance sowie mit internen und externen Partnern
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Bereich Finanzen/Rechnungswesen oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung und Reporting
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und Unternehmen Online
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Engagement und Freude an einem modernen, dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
